Service Description

VOICES Mission: Voices for CASA Children (VOICES) is dedicated to bringing a voice to every abused and neglected child in state dependency and supports expansion of the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Program in Arizona. VOICES believes in a future where Arizona’s children are in permanent, safe, and loving homes where families are thriving.

VOICES Volunteer Vision: VOICES engages a community of empowered volunteers who share in pursuing its mission through capacity building, innovation, and collaboration.

Reports to: Outreach Support Specialist

Summary: Volunteer Data Entry Assistant carries out various data entry/update tasks to increase the organization’s capacity to create impact. This volunteer role will be located at the VOICES office in its initial stages, with the option to then perform data entry/updates remotely.

Essential Duties:

• Input and update of data within Salesforce CRM System
• Work in collaboration with staff members to pull needed reports
• Ensure data is as clean and up to date as possible

Requirements:

• Must present a professional and friendly demeanor
• Must be dependable and willing to work within defined timelines
• Must be detail-oriented and well-organized
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Must be respectful and maintain privacy of Voices for CASA children volunteers, donors, and partners

Training and Supervision:

• Attends general Volunteer Orientation
• Attend job specific training (in person) with Outreach Support Specialist, then transition to working remotely

Time Commitment: This position must be willing to commit to at least 5-8 hours of service per month.
