Put on your best family-friendly costume and join us for a fun evening of spectacular music, fun, games, and treats! (No tricks!) Fun for the whole family! This is a Halloween carnival for children ages 10 and under.

Volunteer Duties:
Game & Arts/Crafts Attendants - Volunteers will assist with the activities scheduled at stations throughout the event. Duties may include assisting participants with activities, handing out candy, cleaning, set up, and break down of the event.

Volunteer Impact:
Volunteers will have the opportunity to interact and serve families within our community by leading games and activities for all families participating in this Fall Festival type event.

Work Environment:
This event will take place in our gymnasium that could be loud at times due to music and number of people in the gymnasium. Restrooms are available at the end of the hall outside the gymnasium.

Volunteer Requirements:
Volunteers must be at least 15 years of age to participate. All volunteers will need to fill out a release form. If under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign this form as well.

Special Instructions:
Volunteers will be provided with all materials needed for this event. Volunteers may dress up in their own family friendly costume to wear throughout the event. Volunteers may be active during this event while assisting with games, activities, or Arts & Crafts.

Registration as a volunteer is first come, first served. If interested in registering a group, please email rachel.vannoordt@raleighnc.gov . We require a list of names and their email addresses to hold spots for groups.
