Troop Leader
Become a Girl Scout Troop Leader

Girl Scouts is looking for 2 leader seeking individuals who have a desire to work with low income youth in an Outreach setting at Mount View Elementary School. Training and supplies are provided.

What does Outreach mean: These girls are in highly urban and lower income areas of our cities, towns and our state, and lack the necessary means and volunteer engagement to support the structure of a Girl Scout troop, their meetings, field trips and activities. Our goal is to bring Girl Scouting to these girls and all girls, regardless of their ethnicity, background, location or economic status.

Group meets every Thursday for 1 hour!

You'll work with the Daisy, Brownie, and Junior girls.

Time commitment: 1-2 hours per week (includes leading the group and prep time)
