Do you love wildlife? Are you handy? Or are you the kind of person who likes physical work? We have an opportunity to help wild animals in Pennsylvania by helping to set up our new wildlife hospital for their care when they are sick, injured and orphaned. We are up and running, and have taken in almost 2000 patients since we moved in a few months ago, but there is still so much more to do to set up out cages and facilities. We need a few people as 'general helpers" to move items, put together cages, run errands and just help out as we put together and improve the best wildlife hospital in Southeastern PA! We need people of all skill level, but you should be comfortable using basic tool . .Retirees particularly welcome! If you world like to work directly in animal care, we will have opportunities for that in the spring of 2020

Mission Statement
PMWC's mission is to provide healing and temporary refuge to injured and orphaned wild animals, with the single goal of release back into their native environment, and to educate and encourage people to care about and coexist with wildlife.
Description
PMWC is a long established team of experienced wildlife rehabilitators and educators who have worked together for over a decade. Together with our large group of volunteers, old and new, we started PMWC as a brand new organization in April 2018. In June, 2019, we purchased our beautiful new 3. 5 acre property in Norristown
