Volunteers should enjoy interacting with a variety of people/personality types; strong customer service skills; strong listening skills; effective verbal communication skills; good problem-solving abilities; patience; able to tolerate a noisy, quickly changing environment.

A few of the responsibilities of the volunteer position include:

Directing Patients to appropriate areas
Escort patients to the the therapy area
Alert therapists when their patients have arrived
Notify Managers /supervisors of any issues in the waiting areas
Direct outside vendors to the supervisor/manager
