Habitat Metro Denver operates four home improvement ReStore outlets throughout the area, and we receive a high volume of inquiries at our Denver Call Center. This volunteer will add support to our call center and logistics operations with a focus on phone and scheduling based customer service and communication with ReStore donors. You can help us build homes and hope with a flexible 2 - 3-hour afternoon shift on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Your help will ensure our ReStores can continue to provide millions of dollars in funding to Habitat Denver’s programs. Training will be provided.

Materials sold at the ReStores generate $2 million each year and allow us to serve more families in our community. By supporting our ReStores, you play an integral role off the construction sites and help set a stronger foundation for us to build on!

Major Responsibilities:
  • Make donation pickup reminder calls
  • Record and return voicemails
  • Answer live donation requests
  • Schedule donation pickups as needed
Time Commitment:
  • 2 - 3 hour shift once a week on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday
  • Shift begins at 1 pm

Volunteer will be trained on our phones, computer, and scheduling systems; ReStore policies and operations; and how to handle donor questions. A list of accepted donations will be provided
