We are seeking caring adults to mentor at risk youth ages 13-18. We are a community structured program and have 3 monthly workshops that provide tools and opportunity for youth and mentors to be supported in reaching life shifting goals.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to decrease the at-risk behavior of youth and to enhance the effectiveness of the people who live and work with them. Unlocking Futures of Phoenix provides both prevention and intervention programs.
Description
We are a volunteer driven, non-profit mentoring organization that is committed to transforming the chaotic lives of youth within our community. Our volunteers attend 3 workshops monthly where we focus on goals and actions that support youth in achieving new goals in their life that will ultimately transform the path they are currently on.

- We provide 4 mentor trainings in October 2019, we then require a 3 day retreat on 11/08/19-11/10/19 (food & accomodations provided) and workshops will then be held the first 3 Tuesdays monthly from 6:30-9pm through August 2020.
