Become an Ally- Franklin Support Circles Program
Become an ally to our Support Circles clients and join their journey towards self-sufficiency. We meet 1-2 Thursday's a month from 5:30-7:30 PM, with dinner provided. If you have children they are more than welcomed to come and participate in the activities with the children of our clients while adults meet.
As an Ally you will be part of a support team of someone working to overcome poverty situation. This support team is called a Support Circle. The Support Circles Program will provide training and support to be an effective Ally. No expertise is needed to become an Ally. The best Allies are open to learning from the person they are partnered with, while offering supportive encouragement to him or her. The individual experiencing poverty is referred to as the Circle Leader.

SCCAP offers a number of programs to assist our community, such as - Food Pantries, Homeless Shelters, Homeless Assistance Program / Rental Assistance, Child Care Information Services, WIC, Weatherization, Work Ready, Support Circles Program, Utility Assistance, and a Food Development Program.
