Social Media WordPress Manager - Volunteer (2 Managers Will Share Platforms)
Charlotte non-profit with commitment to child safety seeks part-time virtual volunteer Social Media and Word Press Manager. Responsible for sending weekly child safety tips, announcements and communications to an established database via Mail Chimp, posting new events and communications on all social media platforms including Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Blogs et al (total of 8 platforms). Exercising creativity to improve organizations’ marketing strategies strongly encouraged.
Additional responsibilities include researching and connecting to related support groups and networking with individuals, updating database and extending / accepting social media invitations.
Also prefer WordPress expertise for monthly updating of website.
Work virtually or in our corporate virtual office (on CATS bus line) part time and on a specific or flexible schedule. Visit our website at childproofadvice.org and complete the Volunteer Profile and forward the application and your resume to us at mwrenn@childproofadvice.org.
Five plus years’ expertise in social media communications required with personal reliability, follow through and mature work ethic. Charlotte NC resident required.
