Volunteers needed to assist at the Rochester Go Red For Women luncheon!
DATE: December 10, 2019
LOCATION: Hyatt Regency Rochester
8:00am - set up ball room, signage, silent auction, registration and assist vendors as needed
10:15 - train on registration and assist checking in guests, greet and assisting in directing guests
Silent Auction set-up & management
Assist in ballroom during "open your heart" portion of the event
Clean up after the event
Lunch will be provided for volunteers
All day or part of the day acceptable - please note your availability
