Eugene Sunday Streets Volunteers Needed!

Join the City of Eugene Transportation for a special Sunday Streets in Downtown Eugene on September 22nd from 12- 4 pm . The event will kick off with the EUG Parade from 11 am- 12 pm and the route will include a loop around 8th Avenue, Monroe Street, Broadway, and Oak Street. The Park Blocks, Monroe Park, and Kesey Square will have free live music, yoga, dance, play areas, food carts and more. Expect free bike repairs, helmets, maps, lights, and information on how to stay active and engaged in our bustling community.

VOLUNTEER:

We are looking for volunteers for shifts all day long! We need volunteers to help with intersections (answering questions and handing out maps informing drivers where to cross the route in a car), a hydration crew to help distribute water, and a team to count participants and ask people to take a quick survey. More detailed volunteer position descriptions, time slots and sign-up below.

For each shift you volunteer, you will be entered into a free volunteerdrawing for a chance to win prizes.
