Help unload groceries from the Food Bank Truck. This requires heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs!). The unloading is heavy and intense, but short in duration. After the food is unloaded, the physical requirements are much lighter: sorting and distributing food. We are looking for volunteers who get along with a team and like to serve the community. This can be fun and uplifting.

We believe that there is truly Good News for the Church and for the world in following Jesus Christ.
We see our faith community as one of many religious and secular faith communities. We respect and are open to the views and ways of other communities who also use the word "God" in their life and language.
The people of St. Francis have a vision to be a beacon of light for justice and equality for all sexual minority persons and to be a vital congregation for all in the local community. We invite you to share that vision with us.
