Event Staff Request - Wednesday, October 16, 2019
AJ Williams Events is looking for volunteer event staff for the Night in Blue, Wednesday, October 16, 2019, at the Liberty Hall, Revere Hotel Boston Common featuring Run-DMC. We are looking for people with great people skills, positive attitudes, and a strong work ethic. Staff will be engaging attendees at registration, helping with the auction and other various tasks throughout the event. Where: Liberty Hall at the Revere Hotel Boston Common, 200 Stuart Street, Boston, MA 02116
Time needed:4:30-9:30pm. Dinner Included
Description: Boston Police Activities League will host the Night in Blue to celebrate over 30 years of Boston PAL’s service to the community. Night in Blue is a celebration of the profound commitment to public safety and
youth activities through the Boston Police Department. The event will feature a culinary dine-around reception and auction followed by an awards presentation honoring Mayor Martin J. Walsh, the Bureau of Community Engagement and Pal’s youth. The evening culminates with a concert performance by the legendary Run-DMC.
Approximate number of Guests: 400+ guests
Wardrobe: Ladies -Black tailored pants, black blazer jacket, black tank, black dress shoes. Men - Black tailored pants, black dress shirt, black shoes.
