Events: This committee is responsible for planning the details associated with events like our Community Baby Shower, the Blizzard Blast, Over the Edge, Food Packaging, and Community Farming.
Members of the committee work on tasks like help determine how many volunteers should be recruited, what type and how much food is needed and where it should come from, what other supplies are needed, the schedule of the event, help with set-up and break-down, help during events, and generally work on logistics. This committee generally only meets around the time of events which primarily occur between January and June.
