As the Arthritis Foundation, North Texas chapter continues to grow and expand, we are seeking people to serve in volunteer leadership roles:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help people with arthritis and their caregivers find opportunities for connection, education, and empowerment through their arthritis journey.
  • Serve as a liaison by connecting community issues to the Foundation board.
  • Support the Foundation’s mission and fundraising activities by opening doors within your sphere of influence to individuals, companies, and organizations.
  • Identify, cultivate, and recruit high-impact volunteer leaders for key positions within the Foundation.
  • Represent the Arthritis Foundation at official functions in the community at large and through social media channels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extensive professional experience and accomplishments in your career and in volunteering in the community.
  • Commitment to and understanding of the mission and vision of the Arthritis Foundation.
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and passion for improving the lives of people with arthritis.
  • A natural affinity for cultivating relationships, working with diverse individuals, and influencing others.
