Looking for volunteers to deliver interoffice department mail in the afternoons. Must be able to do some bending and able to push mail cart throughout the hospital. Volunteers deliver and pick up various department interoffice and outgoing mail. Lots of interaction with hospital staff.
Available shifts on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons, 1:00-2:30 p.m.

Description
One of the most important sources of energy and support in our hospital is our team of wonderful volunteers. They offer their time, energy and smiles to our staff. Our volunteers greet visitors, deliver flowers to patient rooms, work in our gift shop, transport patients, sort and deliver hospital mail, help with events and support our programs. We have a variety of opportunities and would love to meet you. There's no better way to spend your free time than helping someone have a better day. - Must be available to train in the mornings 9:45-10:30 a.m. Must possess customer service skills, be able to walk long distance, push mail cart, climb some stairs. Some bending involved as well as carrying mail.
