Learning Ally is focused on growing the number of schools we engage with thus enabling access to our audiobooks for a greater number of students who struggle to learn. Schools throughout the country purchase an annual or multi-year license for the Learning Ally audiobook solution as well as professional learning for their educators. Schools often ask us if we are on a state-approved vendor list thus making the process of purchasing our services more streamlined for the schools. Learning Ally is not on many of these state lists though it would be very beneficial if we were to support reaching more schools. Your help to conduct some online research then call to acquire the correct forms we need, state by state, can help us in ultimately serving more students who need our audiobook solution.

Description of work required:

1. Conduct online research for each state department of education to find out if they have approved vendor lists they maintain to make purchases of services by local schools easier.
2. Identify each state department of education purchasing department contact information on the state websites.
3. Call purchasing departments to inquire about vendor lists or similar programs that may be called a different name.
4. Should the department have such a program, collect information on how vendors can apply to be on the list.
5. Keep notes of those contacted on a spreadsheet that we will provide.
