This season, many patients and families will miss celebrating their holiday traditions due to advanced illness. Help us make sure they feel the warmth and love of the holiday season and are able to create more moments with those they love this year. You can support families by:
Deliver blankets or support items to local neighborhoods and nursing homes
- Visit patients in nursing homes for holiday activities (music, celebrations, faith-based celebrations
Assist with Thanksgiving and holiday events in our Inpatient Care Center
Deliver cards to patients or caregivers with no family or support

Description
Since 1978, Hosparus Health has provided hospice and advanced illness care to tens of thousands of patients and their families in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Started by volunteers, we’re a fully accredited not-for-profit with care teams nationally recognized and respected for their innovation and expertise addressing the most complex health issues. In addition to hospice and advanced illness care, we also offer grief counseling, respite care, and medication management.
Hosparus Health cares for patients of all ages and backgrounds - regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, handicap or ability to pay.
