Do you love puppies? Have you been looking to add a dog to your family but are finding it difficult as breeders and rescues are overrun with applicants? Maybe you are not ready to make a 10-year commitment? Have you been wanting to volunteer to raise a service dog for a long time? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you are perfect for Perfect Fit Canines. We would love to speak with you about our ongoing need to add volunteer puppy raisers to our family of volunteers.

Mission Statement
It is the mission of this organization to provide a service dog which is perfectly trained to meet the social, emotional and physical needs of handicapped individuals.
Description
Since 2010 Perfect Fit Canines has been training service dogs to aid those in need. The organization initially concentrated on providing service dogs for those with autism and then expanded to train service dogs for various health conditions including balance, psychiatric support, cardiac conditions and diabetes. Perfect Fit Canines has also trained a facility dog for a school dedicated to autism. We rely on dedicated volunteers to provide loving homes to the service dogs in training, socialize them in public and obedience training. Without these dedicated individuals we would not be able to fulfill our mission. Perfect Fit Canines provides all veterinary costs, equipment costs and the cost of training classes. The volunteer is responsible only for the cost of food, treats and toys.
