Searching for help taking care of our Therapy Horses

Equine Tranquility Wellness Center is in need of volunteers to assist during riding lessons and horse-related activities. Volunteers help to assure a safe, educational experience for all of our clients. We work with special needs riders of all ages. Our gentle horses are the stars of ETWC and require daily care. Grooming, tacking up, and basic care are volunteers' gifts to our herd. Horses will also need side walkers and leading during lessons.

We operate year-round, and the schedule is flexible to either help in the mornings, afternoons, or evenings, We need people who can commit to at least one scheduled day per week for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Most of our therapy horses have been rescued and retrained for our programs. No horse experience is required, We will provide all training necessary! All you need to bring is a smile and the desire to learn and help people.

We teach from approximately 10 A.M. to 4:30 P.M seven days a week.
