One hour per week of your time can make a difference to a senior who can no longer drive. The Friends Caregiver Program offers transportation to homebound or isolated older adults through our volunteer driving program.

Our volunteer drivers help homebound seniors remain independent and connected to their community by providing rides to medical appointments and errands such as grocery shopping. Our drivers can volunteer for as much or as little time or as much time as they wish. Friendships and community connections are often formed.

Consider becoming a volunteer driver and be a key to someone's continued independence. You will feel so rewarded when you see how grateful these folks are!
