Help make the Alliance for Education's annual elegant black tie gala a success! The Black & Orange Gala raises money to support equity for kids in Seattle Public Schools. Volunteers are needed for three different shifts throughout the evening. Thank you for your interest in committing time to help make this event a success - volunteers make this possible!
Below are the three available shifts - please feel free to contact Leah Harari at Leah@Alliance4ed.org if you have specific questions.
Set up | 12:00 - 3:30 pm Help set up auction items, decor, centerpieces and get everything in place for the evening!
Cocktail hour/Raffle Sales | 4:00 - 8:00 pm Help with things like selling raffle tickets, manning the silent auction and more during the cocktail reception
Live Auction | 6:00 - 10:00 pm Assist the auctioneer and emcee during the exciting live auction
