The Institute for Criminal Justice Training Reform is now looking for a Partner Development Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Executive Director and Director of Operations, the Partner Development Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Director in managing, assigning and coordinating activities of the project with stakeholders and partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Maintain open and fluid communication with ICJTR and its Consortium Members.
* Assist the Executive Director in coordinating activities of governmental organizations, private sector business interest and non- profit institutions.
* Evaluate availability of Partnership commitments and maintain an up-to- date record of available resources.
* Prepare status reports and communication information for Partnership members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Sound knowledge of institutional and government donors and funding position.
* Excellent relationship building and relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good research and analytical skills.
* Sense for cultural diversity.
* Experience in developing and implementing successful entrepreneurial approaches to business development with the corporate sector.

Description
Our work provides advocacy, research, analysis, training, policy and curricula recommendations to support legislative and training changes.
We collaborate with partners in law enforcement, academics, medical professionals, policy and legislative analysts, civic organizations and community groups to improve law enforcement training on federal, state and local levels.
