Do you want to serve on the Board of Directors for an organization which provides support and care to grieving kids/teens and their families? Look no further than the Willow Center for Grieving Children. At Willow, grief peer support groups support kids/teens and their families after the death of a loved one, providing hope and healing. Group is administered by clinically trained volunteers and is meant to facilitate the healing process. Willow also provides Camp Erin, a bereavement summer camp mixing tradition camping activities with grief support discussions and sessions.

As a Board member, you would have the opportunity to help shape the future of this organization as it adapts to the changing needs of families and our community. Come join us to bring help, hope and healing to those grieving the death of a loved one!

With the Willow Center for grieving children there is hope, understanding, acceptance, support, and laughter, to help children, teens and their families through the grieving process - the healing process.

  • Must be at least 21
  • Orientation or Training
  • Monthly board meetings for an hour and required to serve on at least one committee. Committees include Executive, Fundraising/PR and Program. Also assist at after-hour events as necessary. Time commitment: 5-10 hours a month.
