We need help with all aspects of planning this event. Some of the work can be done from your home on a pc -- like creating flyers or sending emails and making phone calls.

The date of the event is Oct 26th. The Lisle-Woodridge Fire Department will be supplying volunteers the day of the event.

We need volunteers before, during and after the event. After the event we have thank you emails and other wrap up activities.

This is a dinner event from 7pm to 1 am. There will be fire trucks outside, a radio station will be broadcasting from the event, a magician, balloon artists and during dinner there will be comedians from Zanies/Laugh Factory. We will have the Dupage County Prosecutor or another politician give a brief talk before the show.

We need all sorts of help -- from creating flyers -- to coordinating the show to managing all the emails that are coming in with donations from businesses and posting the links on our website. We also need help with ticket sales and things the day of the event. You can pick the activities that most interest you and fit your schedule.
