We are preparing for our annual Family Health & Resource Fair and are in need of volunteers to help with the setup, during the event and the breakdown. We are asking for commitment of atleast 4 hours. and the times would be

9:00am - 1:00pm
1:00pm - 5:00pm
9:00am - 5:00pm

In addition we are in need of volunteers to help with the break out sessions that will be running during the resource fair. You would be helping to ensure that the sessions begin and end on time and to change the session names on the pedestals. The time commitment for this will be 11:00am - 4:00pm.

Description

Welcoming Hearts has a special needs parent support meeting once a month. We also have various functions and events through out the year for families to network. There are also play groups, mom's night out and we are adding more. In 2017 we will be starting a community garden program, finishing our Resource Information Booklet and working to get them in doctors offices for families. We will also be putting together a new parent basket and talking with the local Labor and Delivery departments for them to be given to new parents.
