It's our 39th annual charity dinner. We need volunteers to help us with pre-event planning for our upcoming Champions For A Cure Gala benefiting individuals living with arthritis.
- Volunteers will help to track in-kind donations, call businesses to follow up with donation requests, and also research prospective donors.
- Group donated items into categories, check prices, and help create packages or baskets for the silent auction.
- Take photographs and upload on our event management system.
- Volunteers will help us prep and stuff mailings and coordinate all aspect of hard copy communication.
- Post thank yous and recognitions shout out to our sponsors and donors, announce/register the event on various digital platforms and social media.
- Proof-read ad copies and ensure superior production of the program/tribute journal.
- Sort, organize and put items away in the storage after the event.
