Fleet Lead
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs
* Facilitate registrations and licensing in coordination with Element, our fleet management vendor, to ensure 100% current registration (lead)
* Meet Red Cross and DOT fleet policies and standards
* Engage in identifying vehicles for repair, disposal, or replacement at the direction of the Fleet Coordinator
* Onboard, direct and assist fleet volunteers to perform work throughout the region, including addressing routine maintenance as well as repairs at approved vendor (lead)
* Advise regional Operations team of process improvements needed; suggest improvements to regional fleet (lead)
