We are using Signup Genius to capture your name and contact information and will be the way we follow up via email with volunteers leading up to the Walk day.
Day of Event Timeline and Details:
6:15am - Volunteer Check in - Receive a volunteer shirt and 1st task.
Next - Once a task is complete, please return to the Volunteer Check in for next tasks. Tasks will be assigned the day of the Walk.
7:30am - Greeter volunteers in place as participants and teams arrive. Volunteers continue to assist with set up, at booths, or as assigned.
8:30am - Opening Ceremony
9:00am - Walk begins, volunteers will continue with assigned tasks or find an area to cheer along the route. Please know that cheering is a high priority for the day.
10:00am - As the event participants finish, volunteers will help with breakdown and clean up.
11:30am - Clean up should be complete.

Entrance to the Walk starts by turning on Mary Ln and drive straight towards Castenada Dr and park near Eagle Scout Lake. There is a bit of a walk to get to the event space (keeping Eagle Scout Lake on your left as you cross the small bridge. The event space and volunteer check in will be in the grassy area on the right)
