Support H2H staff in planning and executing various special events including community days, fundraisers, client town halls and holiday events.

Description
Heart to Hand, Inc. provides prevention and intervention services to individuals, families infected/affected by HIV/AIDS. H2H also decreases health disparities by providing navigation to uninsured or underinsured individuals in order to improve access to quality health care. We meet people where they are and "extend a touch of love."
