Are you a fun, innovative, out of the box, goal-getter? Anaya's Project is seeking a Fundraiser Coordinator Champion who will take charge of helping grow fundraising goals for Anaya's Project. This is an opportunity to play a high-impact role and make a significant contribution to our mission to offer hope, love, and faith to families who have experienced pregnancy/infant loss or families facing fertility challenges. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, high-energy individual who is detail-oriented and has strong interpersonal and communication skills. This position can be held virtually. We can use a Free Conference call or Zoom for planning purposes; however, individuals will have to confirm an onsite person to handle the management of live or virtual local events. We are asking for a minimum one-year commitment.

Required Traits and Skills

• A belief in the Anaya's Project Mission, Vision, and Strategic Planning Goals
• The individual should have effective communication skills, attention to detail and organization, and flexibility and adaptability.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.
• A friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to nurture relationships with all people
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An ability to organize and prioritize work, and manage time wisely
• Anaya's Project values innovative thinking, and a successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work within the team to achieve goals and objectives.

• Coordinates fundraising strategies and is responsible for supporting major fundraising programs.
• Assists in the development of fundraising goals and soliciting funds.
• Helps to identify new potential donors and organizes initiatives to solicit funding.
• May assist in developing major gift opportunities and writing grant proposals.
• Typically reports to an Outreach Committee Director or President.
• The coordinator will manage peer-to-peer fundraising programs including creating content for our web pages and flyers, sending recruitment emails, creating events on various on-line platforms; answering questions from potential participants, volunteers, and donors; reaching out to prior participants; and, managing event logistics.
• The candidate will also be involved in another fundraising, awareness-generating, and administrative activities such as donor relations, processing donations, social media postings, and other projects as needed.
