Arthritis Foundation is looking for 12 volunteers to come Jingle with us and be Co-Leads for the following zones of the Jingle Bell Run Tampa on Saturday December 07, 2019 at George M. Steinbrenner Field in Tampa.
This is a fun, holiday themed race. We encourage everyone to dress in holiday attire or a holiday costume. We want everyone to have a fun time while donating their time to a worthy cause!
1. Volunteer Check-In (need 2 Co-leads here) Need the Leads for this team to arrive at 5:45am so I can review with them what needs to be done and so we'll be ready for all other volunteers to start arriving at 6:00am.
2. Registration (need 2 Co-Leads here)
3. Food and Beverage
4. Kids Zone (need 2 Co-Leads here)
5. Greeters
6. Silent Auction
7. Team Tailgate
8. Water Stops (2 Leads)
9. Cheerleaders
Arrival Time will be between 5:45am and 6:30am depending upon the zone you are working in.
Dress Code is to be casual or holiday attire/costume! If you wear shorts they must be bermuda length.
Once it is determined which zone is best suited to your talents we'll go more in depth of what the duties are to make sure this is the right fit for you. Then I'll have a call with you about 2 weeks prior to the event to make sure you are still available and have a complete understanding of what is required.
If you are fun loving, energetic, organized, can give verbal instructions and check for follow through with 5 to 10 volunteers depending on the zone, then you are the the right person for one of these volunteer opportunities.
If you are interested please contact Bobbie Studdard at bstuddard@arthritis.org
