Be part of the SCORE Volunteer Team and make a difference in your community. SCORE a non-profit national organization has been involved with local communities for over 50 years. SCORE with over 350 chapters nationwide and over 11,000 volunteers focus on supporting local businesses with mentoring, workshops and board of advisors. The organization assists businesses at all levels of development from start-up to well established.
SCORE Miami is looking for business mentors to share their experience and expertise to help support start-ups and on going businesses within the local community. The role involves meeting with clients one on one to determine their specific needs and helping them finding the solutions they are seeking. SCORE provides a complete training process with on-lining training and co-mentoring with certified mentors. Initial training is approximately 15-20 hours, with a monthly hours commitment of 4-8 hours after training.

SCORE, America’s premier source of free and confidential small business advice for entrepreneurs and small businesses, is a nonprofit resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). We have over 300 SCORE offices across the country and 10,000 volunteers offering free business mentoring and low- or no-cost workshops.
For over 50 years, SCORE’s thousands of working and retired business professionals have volunteered to support the success of small business nationwide. SCORE business mentoring is free and confidential.
We provide:
- Free, confidential business mentoring in person, via email or by video
- Volunteer mentors who share their expertise across industries
- Free business tools, templates and tips online
- Inexpensive or free business workshops (locally) and webinars (online 24/7)
