EVENT TEAM POSITIONS

Position Title- Adoption Table Supervisor/Event Host/Manager

Position Description- Volunteers needed to run adoption events. Answer questions about AAU from potential adopters and fosters. The Supervisor will handle any issues that may arise at the event. This position will collect all adoption applications, contracts and payments from the event and will need to scan and email the paperwork to the appropriate people/teams after the event. The supervisor will also be provided with flea and heartworm medication for the fosters who may request it and will provide it to the fosters and note what has been provided at events where there is not another volunteer to handle.

Qualifications This person should be very familiar with AAU process and procedures. Events typically last between 3 hours with set up and break down time needed. After the event the paperwork needs to be handled timely. Dependable, able to stand for long periods of time, have physical ability to set up and break down table and tent for events. The volunteer must be comfortable dealing with people and be detail oriented. Volunteers must be able to attend a minimum of one adoption event/month. Volunteers will be supplied with a table and materials for the table and a tent and will need to be able to store and bring the table and supplies to the events .

Availability needed: Volunteers must be able to attend a minimum of one adoption event each month Adoption Events take place in the metro Atlanta, GA area. Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, John's Creek, Cumming, Marietta.
