Petfinder Profile Review Team- URGENT
Team Description: Team that reviews Petfinder bios and follows up with fosters for initial profiles of their foster dogs and pictures and updates.
Position Title: Profile Review Coordinator
Position Description: Review Petfinder profiles and follow up with fosters by sending them templated emails for dogs under your assigned letters for initial profiles and updates. When a foster sends profile information forward to Petfinder Team as soon as possible so that they can get the bios updated for the public to see. The process is divided up by letters of the alphabet on the tracking spreadsheet by the dogs' names. Each team member is designated certain letters for which they are responsible.
Qualifications for Position: Must have phone and internet access. Need to be computer-savvy. Internet for Cloud based database (iShelters)u, Must be able to work with Google apps: Gmail, Docs, sheets. Must be able to use word or another office system and copy and paste templates into emails and add attachments to emails. Must be detail-oriented, organized and dependable. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Must be good at handling emails.
Availability needed: . On average, you should plan to spend at least a couple of hours each week volunteering for this team. Follow up every 5 to 7 days with the fosters who have dogs under the letters assigned to you. Flexible as you can decide what day(s)/when you want to follow up. The amount of time will vary based on how many dogs are under your assigned letters.

We operate through a network of volunteers and foster homes in the metro Atlanta area.
