The American Red Cross provides a variety of services to our Service Members, veterans and their families, including our Hero Care Network for emergency communications, resiliency workshops, preparedness training for adults and children, and support to military medical facilities.

Our volunteers share this information with new military families as their loved ones enter service at the OKC Military Entrance Processing Station, or MEPS. Military applicants also fill out contact cards so that we can contact their families to provide vital information on how to utilize our Emergency Communication Services during serious situations where they need to request their service member be allowed to return home on emergency leave.
