The qualified volunteer would work with the Catholic Charities Behavioral Health team.
Responsibilities include:
Monitor, review and analyze clinical documentation to assure the highest quality of coordinated care.
As a member of the Quality Assurance team, the Quality Assurance volunteer assists with daily internal reviews of clinical staff documentation, focused review and problem identification
Make appropriate recommendations to program for improvement as necessary.
Provide a report tracking compliance with timeliness as mandated by accrediting organizations.

Description
It is the purpose of Catholic Charities to support and advance the mission of charity and justice in the Archdiocese of Newark. Catholic Charities seeks to build the human assets of the communities it serves (Bergen, Essex, Hudson and Union counties) through the compassionate delivery of innovative social service, behavioral health, and education programs.
Last year Catholic Charities served over 70,000 people in need. Catholic Charites has over 75 programs in 30 locations throughout the four county area. Catholic Charities provides services that are of the highest quality, efficiently administered and demonstrably needed by the communities it serves.
During the past several months of the Covid19 pandemic, Catholic Charities has provided many essential services to the community and remained open throughout to assist those in need
