Mission Statement

Implement a wrap-around system that is based on health, wellness, self-discovery, and action planning. We are here to help women experience greater levels of wellness, by targeting all aspects of health and wellness through and including mental, physical, mental, and spiritual discovery.

Description

Members will have the workbook, topic in workbook will cover self-evaluation, the forgiveness of self, and past hurts, overcoming decrement, person to person relationships and manifesting desired self. The therapist and life coaches will use the answers from the first 2 weeks of the workbook to put women into groups to maximize growth and development. An inperson book club with the founder. The groups will meet with therapist/ life coaching for 3 months rotation (virtual meetings) while working on the workbook and audiobooks. Financial education will help teach about whole life insurance, banking, savings, and investments. The medical doctor will help with sexual education and safety. The yoga instructor will teach the art of focus on building strength and concentration. Desserts with Daejah- will be to activate creative thought. Peace Under Pressure self-development program is for 1 year per member.
