If you are looking for an opportunity to enrich the lives of others with your furry friend, we invite you to become an Ethos Hospice Pet Pal Volunteer. Volunteering for hospice can be one of the most emotionally and spiritually rewarding experiences in a person's life. Our volunteers are an invaluable member of the Ethos Hospice team and share their time and talents to enhance the quality of life for those living with terminal illness. All volunteers receive free and comprehensive training before being given a volunteer assignment.
Pet Pal volunteers must submit documentation of their pet's immunizations as well as one of the following certifications: AKC STAR Puppy, AKC Canine Good Citizen, or Pet Partners. Interested in volunteering but need assistance with certifying your animal? Don't let that discourage you from applying - contact us, and we can provide you with information on how to get your dog certified.
If you are interested in volunteering or would like more information on the requirements for our Pet Pal program, please contact us today at 701-356-3803.

Mission Statement
The mission of Ethos Home Care and Hospice is to enrich the quality of living for those we serve.
Description
Ethos was formed in February 2014 by Bethany Retirement Living, Eventide Senior Living Communities, and Knute Nelson. Ethos Hospice provides personalized care and services to individuals with life-limiting diagnoses who live in a 30 mile radius of Fargo-Moorhead. Volunteers have a critical role in providing exceptional care in hospice, and our volunteers at Ethos are an integral part of our team.
There are many opportunities for volunteering including providing companionship, complimentary care, eleventh hour, bereavement care, homemaking, office and administrative work, and event assistance. We provide a free comprehensive training for all volunteers as well as ongoing support and education.
