Neighborhood Youth Association is a non-profit program for low-income and at-risk youth. We provide academic tutoring, leadership skills and elective classes after school.
As part of our program, NYA provides elective classes. We would like to offer an art class. We are flexible on the time and can work with the volunteers' schedules. We would like volunteers to create their own curriculum.
If you are an artist of any sort and would like to contribute to the community, this could be an excellent opportunity! We will provide any materials, and are open to creating new and exciting curriculum. We are flexible to work with volunteers' hours (our program runs in the evening).
