Help maintain the English Cottage Gardens at Gardenview Horticultural Park.
Volunteer activities can involve (but aren't limited to):
-Weeding garden beds
-Shoveling and placing mulch
-Clearing brush
-Repairing structures
-Repairing statues
-Fixing and maintaining pathways
Any helping hands will keep the gardens beautiful.

Our mission is the development, evolution and maintenance of gardens made up of rare plants and flowers which provide enjoyment, education and inspiration. At Gardenview, enjoy a natural, cottage-style landscape that appears to have happened by itself.
Description
The sixteen-acre plot of land in the heart of busy Strongsville is an oasis of natural beauty. Originally swampy farmland, Henry A. Ross purchased the property in 1949 and single handedly transformed it into an incredible plot of winding, colorful gardens.
The gardens are funded entirely by admission and generous donations, leaving garden maintenance to two full time employees and seasonal help.
