This is a great opportunity for a high school or college student looking for volunteer/intership hours. Continuum Care Hospice is looking for students 16 years old or older who are interested in getting experience working in a healthcare office. You might be involved in unpacking and organizing supplies in our supply room, making up start-of-care supply bags, making copies of our training binders, doing some origami crafting or making birthday and holiday cards, help with mailings, or a number of other activities that we like to do to help make our patients' lives a little better. We're looking for a committment of at least 2 hours a week during regular business hours. If you're over 18, you may be considered for making patient visits. We're happy to document volunteer/internship hours for your program.
