Role

As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities within the Marketing team. The Director is both a manager and execution specialist, and should be capable of completing all marketing tasks with a high degree of proficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Define, develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to support our overall vision
• Develop an extensive network of external partnerships
• Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, content, PR and other marketing efforts across multiple channels (website, press, social media, etc.)
• Assist in building an efficient and enthusiastic marketing team
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as copywriting skills
• Graphic design skills, preferably Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience using Hootsuite and Mailchimp
• Experience split testing campaigns and making data-driven decisions
• Strong organizational and leadership skills

Bonus points if you have...

• Experience with event planning
• Experience managing digital ad campaigns, including Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Experience with Wordpress
• Project management experience
