Hospice of the South Plains provides medical, social, and spiritual care for people who have life-limiting illnesses, as well as support for the patient's families and caregivers. Our volunteers can help patients indirectly with all types of administrative support in our office or one on one with patients by visiting, reading, watching a movie, planning birthday or holiday parties, helping with pet care, mowing lawns, praying, music, shopping, looking at scrapbooks, or any way that we can use your strengths, special talents and skills! Extremely flexible schedules and training provided. Our volunteers always take away so much more than they give!
Update: We also have immediate needs for volunteers that can provide pet therapy.
