Join the Squirrel Hill Tree Tenders and Tree Pittsburgh as we care for newly planted trees along Forbes Ave in Squirrel Hill!
Activities will include weeding, mulching, adjusting stakes, getting to
know neighbors and fellow Tree Tenders, and ensuring the health of our
next generation of urban trees!

WHAT: Tree care in Squirrel Hill
WHEN: Saturday, September 14 from 9:00am-12:00pm
WHERE: Meet in front of the Carnegie Library at Forbes and Murray (5801 Forbes Ave)
WHY: Because newly planted trees need our care in their early years to ensure their health and longevity!
HOW: It’s easy! We’ll show you!
Volunteers under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian with them at sign-in.
