Spend some time with a hospice patient and create a special space for them-- reading, reviewing their life history, writing a letter to a loved one for them, playing cards, or just listening to their stories and providing companionship. We encourage you to share your own talents with our hospice patients, and to always think of new ways you can spend time with them! As a Hospice Volunteer, you are specially trained to support the patient and family in a variety of ways.

For patient safety: must pass a background check, drug screen and two-step TB test. If you drive to the patient's residence, you must have a current driver's license and proof of insurance. Must also be at least 18 years of age.
