Matter of Balance Coach-
A Matter of Balance is a proven program designed to help people manage concerns about falls and increase physical activity. Coaches help participants become more confident about managing falls, help to identify ways to reduce falls and lead exercises to help increase strength and balance. Coaches must attend a training course to be certified to lead workshops and must also commit to leading 2 workshops per year.
Workshops are 4 weeks long, 2 times a week for 2 hours for each workshop.

About Lifescape
Lifescape Community Services is the largest agency in northwestern Illinois, serving older adults, families, and caregivers.
We serve 8 counties: Boone, Carroll, Jo Daviess, Lee, Ogle, Stephenson, Whiteside, and Winnebago.
The agency serves thousands of older adults each year through its Meals on Wheels program, Adult Protective Services, Adult Day Program, Health & Wellness Services, Comprehensive Care Coordination, and Advocacy & Assistance programs.
