ORGANIZATION: GENERATION INFOCUS FOUNDATION

  • 6 people are interested

Do you love to plan events? Are you organized, detail-oriented, and professional? We have great events coming up and we'd love your help in making them happen. For example, we have art gallery shows, festivals, and other events happening in the next two months.

One is the Hapeville Day of the Dead Festival. The event involves family and friends gathering to remember friends and family members who have died. In Mexican culture, death is viewed as a natural part of the human cycle. Mexicans view it not as a day of sadness but as a day of celebration. [1] In 2008, the tradition was inscribed in the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. (Wikipedia)
