Role description: This team helps to route clients to appropriate resources, as well as direct clients towards the resources they are eligible for. These volunteers also manage the scheduling for Coaches. They will utilize our client records as well as screening tools to make decisions regarding what services are most appropriate for clients.
Skills needed: Not easily flustered, discerning good listeners, able to manage a schedule & utilize Google Calendar and our online client database.
Training will be provided in: Client interaction training, role-specific training, and mental health first aid.
Expectations of volunteers: Weekly commitment to volunteer. Attend monthly volunteer meetings, and optional monthly group supervision.
