THIS WILL BE A ONE DAY FILMING EVENT // DATE CAN BE DECIDED BASED OFF YOUR SCHEDULE FOR SEPT, OCT, or NOV 2019.
We are looking for a medical facility or private practice to donate their space for a day of filming.
We are a Non-Profit organization by the name of Children's Craniofacial Association (CCA). CCA serves children and families with facial difference across the nation. We believe in a world where people are accepted for who they are and not how they look.
One aspect of our services includes assisting families financially by covering their cost for travel, food, and lodging to doctor's appointments ans surgeries. We have a videographer in NYC who will be donating his time and skill to capture this aspect of our services and interview how are families have benefited from this resources.
Our goal for the video is to bring awareness to the resources that are available to craniofacial families as well as provide testimonials for future donors.
We would like to stick with a day's worth of shooting (max two days if need be.)
The use of the facility will be considered a donation and is tax deductible. You will also be recognized in our newsletter, on our blog, and tagged in social media.
We are a national 501(c)(3) and we exist to empower and give hope to individuals and families affected by facial differences.

Children's Craniofacial Association exists to empower and give hope to individuals and families affected by facial differences.
We have three BIG goals:
1. Provide information and financial assistance to families seeking quality medical care for their child.
2. Provide support and networking for individuals and families affected by facial differences through our annual retreat, online resources, and personal connections.
3. Promote kindness and prevent bullying in schools by presenting the #ChooseKind message (based on the best-selling novel Wonder by RJ Palacio) in elementary and middle schoosl across the country.
We are looking for volunteers to help us spread awareness and acceptance for people with differences. We envision a world where everyone is accepted for who they are, not what they look like.

Children's Craniofacial Association is a national, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Nationally and internationally, CCA addresses the medical, financial, psychosocial, emotional, and educational concerns relating to craniofacial conditions.
